As the year-end approaches, you have the opportunity to adjust your medical scheme and options, with changes taking effect from the 1st day of the new year.

How to switch your option or scheme
For Discovery Health Medical Scheme:
Submit your option change online via the Discovery Website or the Discovery App.
For Momentum Health Medical Scheme:
Fill out the option change form below and send it via email to supergroup@advisoroffice.com.
To switch between Discovery and Momentum:
Email supergroup@advisoroffice.com to cancel your current medical scheme membership. Please attach the relevant application form for the new scheme.
Joining gap cover is easy
To join Gap cover in the new year , complete the Turnberry application form
If you wish to join other Turnberry products, you can still do so, but waiting periods will be imposed, and you will need to pay the private rate via debit order. For further assistance, please email us at supergroup@advisoroffice.com
Only new employees enrolling for Turnberry GAP cover can do so without a waiting period.
